Sea tidings from Batavia, Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviasche koloniale courant dated 17 May 1811

The 10th were the British ship off Krawang and the one off Edam which departed a day earlier one going to the West and the other to the East both out of sight.
The 12th captured the launches of the British ship still off the island Edam on the roads a Chinese wankang.
The 14th was a ship sighted coming from the west and in the evening sailing at the North East side of the island Hoorn towards the East.
The 15th was it out of sight just like the earlier captured Chinese wankang.
