Spanish naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch newspaper Het Centrum dated 12 April 1929

An item dated Madrid 11 April referred to well informed sources according to which the cabinet decided to increase the navy in the ear future with eight new cruisers, 14 submarines and six destroyers.
