An item dated Gevena 21 November published in the Tribune de Genever referred to tidings received from Bucharest that in the last nine days several disassembled German submarines were sent via Sofia and Andrianople to Rodosto. In the latter place was a German submarine station where submarines in the Sea of Marmora could be repaired. Similar bases were also founded at Kavalla and on the island Thasos.
