French dredger Stella built at Haarlem, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad dated 19 May 1911

An item dated IJmuiden 17 May reported that in the evening a day earlier the tug Zuiderzee departed towards Tunis while towing the dredger Stella built on French behalf by the yard Conrad at Haarlem.
