An item reported that the minister of home affaires decided on 21 April to give D. Disselwerf at Brielle, Netherlands a concession for a steam towing service for the main rivers in the provinces Noord-Brabant, Gelderland, Zuid-Holland, Zeeland, Utrecht, Utrecht, Overijssel and Limburg.
