An item reported that the minister of home affaires decided on the 3rd to give W.A. Luyten of Lekkerkerk, Netherlands a concession for a steam towing service on specified rivers in the provinces Noord-Brabant, Gelderland, Zuid-Holland, Zeeland and Utrecht.
