Dutch whaler De Jonge Huybert sold at Amsterdam 16 October 1769

Sold on an auction Monday 16 October 1769 in the Nieuwezyds Heeren Logement at Amsterdam the whaler De Jonge Huibert. This extra ordinary seaworthy sailing fluyt ship had as master Roelof Teunis. Newly fitted out in 1755. Her dimensions were 113½ x 29’5”x 12’9”, the verdeck 6’8” and the S. 9’1” (?) in Amsterdam foot. Costs ƒ 10.400, with and adjudication of ƒ 700. T. Beth Tibrandsz on behalf of his master.
