Naval operations of the Dutch East Company at Palembang according to the Generale Missive dated 31 March 1738

The kunting Susang arrived 28 November at Batavia with a cargo of 25.375 lb tin, valued fl. 6.800. With 19 Javanese trading vessels were 8600 kadjang mats brought, costs including freight fl. 792. The Hopvogel arrived 28 February with 385.276 lb black pepper, 5.500 lb white pepper and 150.625 lb tin, total value fl. 84.419. 9 March arrived 30 Javanese trading vessels with 20.700 kadjang mats, costs including freight fl. 1.907.
