London, 15 October. According to a private letter dated Valparaiso dated 14 May arrived the HMS 82-gun Cambridge after a voyage of 35 days at Valparaiso.(1) She was a good sailer and would presumably arrive 1 June at Callao. According to letters from Constantinople dated 11 September was lord Strangford to return 20 September with HMS frigate Medina and the former legation secretary Hamilton.(2)
