The Egyptian, Greek and Turkish navies in the Levant according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 15 December 1825

Augsburg, 9 December. The newspaper Allgemeine Zeitung published the next two next items.

Santorino, 15 November. Off this island dropped 35 Greek ships their anchors waiting fro the fleet coming from Alexandria. It’s unknown what they will do if this fleet passes but in the time their crews were harassing the inhabitants of the island while daily coming on land and plundering the environments.

Constantinople, 10 November. The Porte received the official tiding that the Egyptian-Turkish fleet passed the waters of Cerigo and sailed with all sails standby towards Morea.
