Trieste, 4 November. A ship which arrived after a voyage from 10 days from Zante brought the news that according to a vessel which arrived at Zante coming in 6 days from Sura the Turkish-Egyptian fleet was 19 October in the waters of Candia while the Greek fleet was off the island Santorini. At Trieste it was believed that important events were to expect. The news was originally published in the newspaper Journal de Franckfurt.
