An item dated Frankfurt, Germany 27th March reported that the Federal Commission sent two commissary to examine the German flotilla at the North Sea. The Austrian frigate captain Von Bourguignon (1)and the navy council Jordan returned and reported that be very satisfied with the state of the German navy.
