An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 5th reported the arrival of the chamber Amsterdam of the Dutch East Indiaman Zeevaart captain S. Forster and Wirtslust captain C. Volkman returning from Batavia, Dutch East Indies. Letters reported the arrival of the Standvastigheid captain H. Folkers returning from Batavia. Would continue her voyage with the Y-stroom captain D. Roem returning from Batavia and one of the transports coming from Ceylon. Would stay for 4-6 weeks to pick up all sick men stayed behind there.
