New building of German cruisers disapproved according to the Dutch newspaper Leeuwarder courant dated 15 March 1897

An item dated Berlin, Germany the 13th reported that the German budget commission disapproved the building of the first cruiser with 16 against 11 and the second cruiser with 17 against 10 votes.
