British screw steam sloop Daring underway from the Dutch East Indies towards South Africa according to the Dutch newspaper Java-bode dated 16 September 1887

An item dated Batavia, Dutch East Indies 16^th reported the departure of the British steam warship Daring captain Boldero towards Cape Of Good Hope, South Africa.(1)
