An item reported the arrival at Hellevoetsluis, on the 23rd by the Dutch schooner Zr.Ms. Lansier lieutenant 1st W.H. Dittlof Tjassens coming from Batavia, Dutch East Indies.(1)

Lansier or Lancier, brigantine, on stocks at Amsterdam, Netherlands 22 March 1824, , launched on Thursday 3 August 1843, rebuilt as floating battery in the Dutch East Indies, sold at the navy yard Onrust, Dutch East Indies in August 1860, dimensions 28,50m x 8,70m x ?, 252 tons displacement and an armament of 6 guns. In the newspaper Bataviasche handelsblad dated 4 August 1860 was the auction by John Price&Co. of the schooner brig Lancier at the navy yard on 09,30 o’clock on Tuesday 14 August announced. She was at that moment lying at Onrust, Dutch East Indies.
