Dutch transport Zr. Ms. Prins Willem Frederik Hendrik visited the Canary Islands according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 4 June 1850

An item dated Middelburg, Netherlands 3rd June reported that that the Dutch transport Zr. Ms. Prins Willem Frederik Hendrik lieutenant 1st class Escher left on 10 April the roads of Downs, England and arrived on 6 May at Santa Cruz, Tenerife, Canary Islands, departing there on the 10th towards the Dutch East Indies. Everything was well on board.(1)
