Italian submarine fleet increasing according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1937 no. 4

An item referred to the magazine Le yacht dated 29 May 1937 reporting that the Italian navy was building 20 submarines, When these were completed numbered the Italian submarine fleet 108 boats of which just 40% was laid down before 1 January 1935.
