An item dated Tangier, Morocco 29th reported that arrival of the Russian warships Osiyabya, Sisoivelikia, Navarin, Admiral Nakhimof, 7 torpedo boats and 4 colliers. They were part of the Russian Baltic Fleet underway towards the Far East.()
