Personnel strength of Germany navy increasing according to the Dutch magazine Onze Vloot dated March 1935

An item referred to a British naval almanak which reported that the German naval personnel strength increased on huge scale, 50% more officers and 130% more petty officers and sailors. Totally personnel strength seemed to be more as 33.000 men.
