An item referred to the Proceedings dated August 1938 reporting that the 12 flotilla leaders of the Italian Agrippa-class of which the building now was to be ordered would have a displacement between 2.000-3000 ton. This planned class were partly similar to the Russian 2.900 flotilla leader Tashkent (1) built in Italy.
