Nuclear submarines faster and with better lines according to a CIA report dated 4 March 1957

An item reported that the only reasons for building a nuclear submarine by the Soviet Union were that she would have better lines while in contrary to the past she would be more a real submarine and not mainly a surface unit and a minimum speed of 35 knots (4-5 knots faster as a diesel submarine?].
