Smit jr., Rotterdam, Netherlands with yard number 617 as Pulau Banggai on 7 May 1956, launched on 1 December 1956, handed over to the NV Nedlloyd Lijnen, Rotterdam, transferred to the NV Koninklijke Nedlloyd, Rotterdam on 1 July 1970, sold to Kingdom Maritime, Hong Kong in June 1978, directly resold to Famous Navigation Co. SA, Panama and renamed MV Giant Pioneer, sold to be broken up at Taiwan on 1979, arrived at Keun Hwa Iron Steel Works&Enterprise Lts. on 11 March 1979 and the scrapping started on 26 March 1979. Call sign PCYE. Horsepower 9.200 ehp delivered by a 2-7 cylinder Smit-B&W diesel engine from and with her single screw was her speed 16 knots. Dimensions 134,35 x 19,97 x 12,04 metres.
