1. Ikazuchi-class, laid down on 1 June 1897, launched on 8 August 1899, completed on 28 August 1900, decommissioned on 1 April 1913 and sold on 23 August 1914 and became the MV Sazanami Maru.
2. Sabang had an important coal bunkering station.
