Russian high seas motor tug Khariton Laptev sighted at Kherson, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 13 March 1956

An item reported that at Kherson, Ukraine was sighted the Russian new high seas motor tug Khariton Laptev of 500-600 tons with visible at the stern minesweeper gear. The hull was painted grey and the superstructure white.
