Russian motor tug N. Nekrasov sighted at Kherson, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 13 March 1956

An item reported that at Kherson, Ukraine was sighted the Russian new motor tug N. Nekrasov of 150-200 tons of which the hull was black and the superstructure painted yellow.
