Of the Brandenburg-class consisting of the Brandenburg, Weissenburg, Wörth and Kurfürst Friedrich Wilhelm, succeeded by Kaiser Friedrich III-class. Laid down by Germaniawerft, Kiel, Germany in May 1890, launched on 6 August 1892, commissioned on 31 October 1893, coastal defence ships 1914, barracks ship 1916, and broken up at Danzig in 1919.
