The Soviet Kiliya shipyard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported the fenced and road served Soviet Kiliya shipyard with as geographic coordinates 45.26.30 north and 29.15.25 east located on the south west border of Kiliya, Ukraine on the north bank of the Danube probably used for repairing although newbuilding seemed to be possible. The shipyard possessed a side-haul marine railway with 3 transverse slipways suitable for newbuilding and repairs, 3 quays for which 2 cranes were available and 2 shop and 12 support buildings.
