British First Lord of Admiralty George Goshen supporter of water tube steam boilers according to the Dutch newspaper De locomotief dated 7 August 1899

An item dated London, England 22ndt July reported that when in the House of Commons the navy budget was discussed Mr. Goshen (1) supported the use of water pipe steam boilers for strategic purposes.
