An item reported that the at Peterhead, Scotland fitted out steam whaler Windward with a cargo capacity of 328 tons had in 1873 as catch results while active in Greenland 8.240 seals, zero whales, 1.438 hectolitres seal oil, zero hectolitres whale oil, total 1.438 litres oil and zero kilo whalebone.
