Yugoslavian merchant ships in American not allowed to leave according to the Dutch Newspaper De Amerfoortsche courant dated 9 April 1941

An item reported that the Yugoslavian representative Fotitsj stated that all Yugoslavian ships lying in American harbours had no permission to leave. The ones still at sea were ordered to enter as fast as possible an American harbour. The ships were to be used according to Fotiysj for transporting war cargoes to the Balkan.
