France released seized Dutch Greenland whalers according to the Dutch newspaper Oprechte Haerlemsche courant dated 18 November 1677

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 17th referred to letters from Paris, France dated 12th reporting that in a war council on the 9th the Dutch Greenland whalers seized and brought to Saint Malo, France were released. The five at Greenland burned whalers were to be compensated, how was yet not known.
