An item reported the launching on Saturday 18 January 1911 at the shipyard of Huiskens&van Dijk, Dordrecht, Netherlands of the Belgian steel screw steam tug Louisa for account of a Belgian firm. Boiler and 130 ihp engine were made by the shipyard.
