Belgian tug President Armand Grisar built at Vlaardingen, Netherlands in 1911 according to the Dutch magazine Scheepvaart dated 10 January 1912

A list of the ships launched in 1911 reported the Belgian tug President Armand Grisar of 200 hp built by Gebrs. Van der Windt, Vlaardingen, Netherlands for account of Sleepboot Maatschappij, Antwerp, Belgium.(1)

1. The Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Vlaardingsche courant dated 17 September 1911 reported her launching that week for account of the N.V. Antwerpsche sleepdienst of which Armand Grisar was the director. The engines were made by the Alblasserdamsche machinefabriek.
