British whaling bark Indian visited Honolulu, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 21 November 1840

An item reported the departure from Honolulu, Hawaii on 15 November of the [British] whaling bark Indian captain Maughn [Maugham?] for cruising.
