Japanese passenger-cargo ship (ex-Hoyeisan Maru 1918-1938) Hoeisan Maru 1938-1944

Built by Osaka Iron Works Ltd., Osaka, Japan in October 1918. Sunk in an American attack on the harbour of Manilla, Philippines on 18 October 1944. Call sign JFQD. Gross tonnage 6.032 tons, under deck 5.183 tons, net tonnage 3.799 tons and as dimensions 407.2 x 50.8 x 32.5 feet. Oil fuel bunker capacity 1/253 tons and a range of 17.500 nautical miles with a speed of 10 knots
