Laid down as Flint on 7 March 1942, renamed Vincennes on 16 October 1942, launched on 17 July 1943, commissioned on 21 January 1944, decommissioned on 10 September 1946, stricken on 1 April 1966 and sunk while used a target off the South Californian coastline near Point Mugu on 28 October 1969.
