German crew members of interned ships in Spain trying to get home according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 11 June 1915

An item referred to tidings received from Paris, France reporting that a French steamboat picked up 11 German sailors in the Mediterranean. They belonged to the crews of the German ships lying in Barcelona, Spain and tried to escape with a small sailing vessel to Italy and to return from there to Germany.
