An item referred to German radio broadcasting reporting that a British merchant ship sunk on the mid Atlantic Ocean during an aircraft attack. The J.I.C. commented that this must been the ship sunk on 15 March off the Portuguese coast (which was on the mid Atlantic latitude). Further more seemed the enemy air attacks increasing in number something already expected.
