Results of some British and Scottish Greenland whalers according to the Dutch newspaper Oprechte Haerlemsche courant dated 10 November 1750

An item dated London, England 3 November reported the recent arrival of some Greenland whalers in England and Scotland with better catch results then the whalers earlier arrived. At Campbelton arrived the Hertog van Argyle with one large whale and the Campbelton with 3 whales. On the river Thames arrived the Elizabeth and Mary commandeur Adamson and the Zwaardvis [Swordfish] master Wilton with totally 5,5 whale
