American lumber cargo ship design C1-MT-BU1 in 1946

Built of steel was she as full scantling type vessel with a raked stem and cruiser stern. Dimensions 319.0 (over all) x 49.0 (molded) x 26.0 (molded depth) x 21.7 (load draught molded) feet, deadweight 4,950 tons, gross tonnage 3,130 tons, net 1,900 tonnage and bale cubic capacity 243,000 cubic feet. The diesel propulsion was located aft and while driving twin screws with normal shippower of 2,400 shp was her speed 12 knots. Prewar domestic cost 1,063,000 US dollars, domestic war cost 1,396,813 US dollars, unadjusted statutory sales price 531,500 US dollars and floor price 488.885 US dollars
