American merchant cargo ship design C2-S-B1 in 1946

Steel built with raked stem and cruiser stern. The passenger accommodation consisted of 4 x2 state rooms. The four deep tanks were located in hold No. 4. There were two basis C2 designs namely the C2-S-B1 and the C2-S-AJ1. Shelter deck. The amidships located turbines propulsion allowed with normal horsepower of 6,000 shp a speed of 15.5 knots. Prewar domestic cost 2,100,000 US dollars, domestic war cost 2,736,624 US dollars, unadjusted statutory sales price 1,050.000 US dollars and floor price 957,818 US dollars
