Italian protected cruiser Piemonte visited the Dutch East Indies in April 1904

The Jaarboek van de Koninklijke Nederlandsche Zeemacht 1903-1904 reported that the Italian cruiser Piemonte visited Sabang, Dutch East Indies on 27 April 1904. The Dutch newspaper Sumatra-bode dated 9 May 1904 reported that she visited Sabang to bury one of her crew members.(1)
