An item reported that the Conference of Ambassadors decided the the Sub-Commission for the disposal of enemy vessels was ordered to hand over the three monitors to the International Danube Commission as soon as the disarmament contracts were signed and afterwards to sell the monitors to be scrapped. Further was the Sub-Commission dissolved.
