The ships available for disposal were a military conversion, after reconversion were the characteristics similar to the standard C2-S-B1 design. Steel built with raked stem and cruiser stern. The passenger accommodation consisted of 4 x2 state rooms. The four deep tanks were located in hold No. 4. Shelter deck. Dimensions 459.3 (over all) x 63.0 (molded) x 40.6 (molded depth) x 25.9 (load draught molded) feet, deadweight 9,200 tons, gross tonnage 6,200 tons, net tonnage 3,500 tons and bale cubic capacity 546,000 cubic feet. The amidships located diesel propulsion allowed with normal power of 6,000 shp a speed of 15.5 knots
