Danish coastal defence ship Herluf Trolle to be laid down according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens 1896 no. 11

An item reported that the Danish crown approved the plans for a new armoured ship with a displacement of 5.000 tons. The keel of the Herluf Trolle was to be laid down as soon as possible at the navy yard at Copenhagen, Denmark.(1)
