An item reported that the British Admiralty offered the Finnish navy for sale flotilla leaders of the Marksman-class (1) and destroyers of the M and older classes.

Marksman-class flotilla leaders some times called Lightfoot-class preceded Faulknor-class succeeded Parker-class, built under the naval programmes of 1913-1914 and 1914-1915, all sold in 1921(5), 1926 (1) and 1936 (1) to be scrapped, with a displacement of 1,626 tons and an armement of 4x1-10,16cm/4” quick firing guns, 2x1-2pd/4cm pom-pom guns and 2x2-53.3cm/21” torpedo tubes.
