Former Italian submarine rescue vessel Proteo (A5310), built by Cantieri Navali Riuniti in 1951, commissioned 1951, stricken in 2004 and sold to Bulgaria. Displacement 2,048 tons and dimensions 75.94 x 11.66 metres. In Italian service speed 16 knots, crew 114 men, 1-10cm/47 gun and 2x2-2cm machinge guns.
