Greek fishing vessels active in Libyan territorialwaters according to the Commercial Fisheries Review dated January 1965 No. 1

An item reported that Greek trawlers and sponge vessels got permission or 1964 from the Libyan governement to operate in certain territorial waters after paying the necessary fees and the trawlers had to take three Libyans on board for training them as fishermen.
