Enemy submarines in March active off Liberian coast according to the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee. Daily summary dated 2 April 1942

 An item reported that enemy submarines sunk in March 9 ships in the vicinity of Liberia. At the moment there seemed to be 3 submarines their active.
